7 years using Axe, Indian demanded unilever

New Delhi. A 26-year-old boy sued the company Hul (Hindustan Unilever Limited), which markets the men's care products with trademarks Axe, with accusations of cheating and causing * 'mental suffering'. Plaintiffs mention its failure to attract any girl even though he has been using Axe products for more than seven years now. Axe ads show that the products that help men to be immediately attractive women.

Vaibhav Bedi, the plaintiff, also hand over all evidence to the court of all products that have been used or unused, in the form of deodorant sprays, perfume sticks and roll-ons,
anti-perspirants, aftershaves, body washes, shampoos, and hair gels
Axe brand. Plaintiffs also requested that all products were examined in the laboratory

Vaibhav forced to take this step because the maid beat him with a broom when she tried to impress her by appearing naked in front of him after using all Axe products.

"Then where his Axe Effect? I've been waiting for more than seven years. Since college until I worked in the office, none of the girls who want me to take even just for a cup of tea or coffee with me, although I'm sure they could smell the perfume,
deodorant and aftershaves that I use. I always use it in the hope of products such as what happened to the ads on television .* Finally, I tried to draw attention to my maid who has quarreled with her husband and lived alone for more than a year. And it turns out I actually was beaten with a broom! "Vaibhav express grievances.

Vaibhav claimed that he had used all Axe products according to the instructions that come even since he first bought it. He argued that if he can not experience the Axe Effect though it has been using the product as instructed, meant the company had cheated or sell counterfeit products.

"I always keep it in a cool, dry, and keep them away from direct sunlight or heat. I always use a ruler before spraying to ensure that the distance between the nozzle and my underarms are at least 15 cm. I always do as instructed usage. I even hit my nephew who was 5 years old because it has been close to my closet, as recommended by the state to keep out of reach of children. However, finally I get is a blow broom from my maid, "Vaibhav said in a tone of frustration.

Vaibhav claimed that he had suffered much mental suffering and humiliation in public because there was no Axe Effect and he wanted to compensate him for the Axe company for all these sufferings.

Hul has officially declined to comment on the case, but one source says that Hul quite worried over the developments of this case. Companies may argue that Vaibhav was indeed not to look attractive and have no minimum requirements for Axe Effect occurs. Hul officially did not issued any statement, but legal experts believe that Hul would be difficult to convince the court.

"Hul may be tempted to take the line of argument, but very risky. No data reinforce the notion that these people stupid and unattractive to women. In fact, many beautiful and attractive woman who was married to the man stupid and creepy. I would recommend the company to settle this matter out of court, "said lawyer Ram Jethmalani
