Difficulty sleeping (INSOMNIA) is one of the greatest enemies of us in everyday life. In addition to the above tips, exercise regularly, especially during daytime sleep can help your business. Occasionally use your lunch time to indulge, or try to move around while you are in office. Exercise during the day can improve concentration, maintain your weight, regulate your blood pressure and cholesterol well maintained and relieve stress.
